Displaying an online skill-verification badge, or certification on all social media networks is now far more important than ever. A new era has come accompanied by new “social consumers”. They all want to look and hear from your services and skills. With the right social media strategy you can continually cultivate their loyalty and trust.

Social media sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, are critical in strategizing for your today’s market mix. In this article you will find HOWTO guidelines of how to post your online certificate to all your social media networks.

How to add a certification record to my LinkedIn profile

CancanIT now allows you to verify your certification achievements to your LinkedIn Profile. You can also share your digital badge on your LinkedIn network.

Steps of the process:

Login to your CancanIT account, and access the “My account” dashboard.

You should be able to see your profile and your certification listings. Click “View Certificate” on the certificate you want to share on social media.

At this stage, there are two ways to go about this. One being sharing your achievement, and the other adding the certification to your LinkedIn profile.

To share your achievement: go to social media buttons, select the LinkedIn icon. Upon clicking the icon button, a new window will pop up that will redirect you to your LinkedIn profile. Click the share button after writing some information as a caption text.
